Example: From a well list to an action plan
The operating question
A mature field with dozens of producing wells and limited capital. Which wells deserve attention first, and what should be done at each?
The engineering work
A well-by-well review of production history, lift performance, and mechanical condition, combined with input from the field team on what they were seeing day to day.
The action plan
A ranked list of interventions with expected cost, expected response, and confidence level — sequenced so early work informed later decisions.
The verified result
Post-job performance compared against an agreed baseline, with lessons carried into the next round of work.
